ZJ-PUR900-1 is a 100% solid content, moisture reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive mainly suitable for bonding various plastics and metals in the electronic industry.
Product features
It can be used for self adhesion and mutual adhesion of plastics such as PC, ABS, PVC, and aluminum, stainless steel, and glazed glass. After the adhesive is coated and cooled, it can provide appropriate strength for subsequent production processes; After complete curing, it can exhibit excellent heat resistance, water resistance, and chemical resistance, especially suitable for the bonding of plastics in the electronic industry.

Operation and Safety
- Action:
- The construction site should have a good ventilation system, and the recommended construction temperature is 100-130 ℃.
- ZJ-PUR900-1 is a moisture reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive. Please use professional equipment for reactive hot melt adhesives. If ordinary hot melt adhesive equipment is used, it may cause moisture to seep into the product due to poor airtightness, resulting in solidification of the product. This will damage the adhesive machine or affect its use.
- After applying the adhesive, please immediately assemble the components together so that the adhesive can achieve good wetting effect, which will help with the bonding effect.
- In order to achieve complete solidification, it is best to place the product that has completed the process operation in a suitable temperature and humidity working environment (recommended temperature: 23-25 ℃, relative humidity around 65%).
- It is recommended to fully solidify the assembled electronic products before conducting subsequent related tests.
- Cleaning:
- For uncured products, construction equipment can be cleaned with specialized cleaning agents and must be thoroughly rinsed.
- The fully cured adhesive is difficult to remove and may require long-term immersion in NMP solvent to remove.
