The JS-PUR700 series is a 100% solid content, moisture reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive. Mainly suitable for assembly of various types of car lights, with different types of materials and surface treatment methods. It is recommended to conduct appropriate and reasonable adhesion and physical property confirmation before being put into use.
Product features
It has good adhesion performance for general difficult to stick materials such as PC and pre treated PP. After the adhesive is coated and cooled, it can provide appropriate strength for subsequent production processes; After complete curing, it can exhibit excellent heat and water resistance.

- The construction site should have a good ventilation system.
- The JS-PUR700 series belongs to the moisture reactive polyurethane type hot melt adhesive. Please use professional equipment for reactive hot melt adhesives. If ordinary hot melt adhesive equipment is used, it may cause moisture to seep into the product due to poor airtightness, resulting in solidification of the product, which will damage the adhesive machine.
- The recommended construction temperature is between 80-140 ℃, and temperatures above 140 ℃ should be kept as short as possible.
- After applying the adhesive, please immediately assemble the components together so that the adhesive can achieve good wetting effect, which will help with the bonding effect.
- If the assembled components are stored in a dry environment (with a relative humidity of less than 50%), it is recommended to increase the humidity to ensure a suitable curing and cross-linking speed. It is recommended to leave the assembled lamp components for 14 days before conducting subsequent related whole lamp tests.
- Cleaning:
- For uncured products, construction equipment can be cleaned with specialized cleaning agents and must be thoroughly rinsed.
- The fully cured adhesive is difficult to remove and may require long-term immersion in NMP solvent to remove.
- matters needing attention:
- --PUR products contain a small amount of isocyanate monomers, please be careful when operating. It is not recommended for employees who are allergic to isocyanates.
- --As the product must be used under high temperature, please wear appropriate clothing, gloves, protective glasses and other personal protective equipment, and use appropriate ventilation equipment to remove the possible small amount of smoke
- --Ready to use and do not expose to air for extended periods of time
- --Maintain first in, first out use of materials.
- --Cleaning agents should only be used once and should not be mixed with the product
- --Do not eat in the workplace
