Hot melt butyl sealant for insulating glass
JS-300 is a single component, solvent free, non fogging, non vulcanizing, and permanent plastic first layer sealant for insulating glass based on polyisobutylene rubber. JS-300 maintains its plasticity and sealing properties over a wide temperature range, and its surface does not crack and remains hard. It has good adhesion to materials such as glass, aluminum alloy, silver zinc steel, stainless steel, etc. Due to its extremely low water vapor transmittance, it can form an excellent moisture resistance system together with elastic sealants.

JS-300 is mainly used for the production of insulating glass. As the first sealant for insulating glass, it is used in conjunction with our company's two component polysulfide sealant for insulating glass, two component silicone structural sealant, or silicone sealant for insulating glass to achieve dual sealing.
