Hot melt butyl sealant for insulating glass
JS-301 is a single component, solvent free, non fogging, non vulcanizing, and permanent plastic first layer sealant for insulating glass based on polyisobutylene rubber. JS-301 maintains its plasticity and sealing properties over a wide temperature range, and its surface does not crack or remain hard. It has good adhesion to materials such as glass, aluminum alloy, galvanized copper, stainless steel, etc. Due to its extremely low water vapor passing rate, it can form an excellent moisture resistance system together with elastic sealants

JS-301 is mainly used in the production of insulating glass. As the first sealant for insulating glass, it is used in conjunction with our company's JS-998 two-component polysulfide sealant for insulating glass, JS-8000 two-component silicone structural sealant, or JS-997 two-component silicone sealant for insulating glass to achieve dual sealing.
